I am Fear. I’m not a monster. I’m a protector.

I come to warn you of danger. Don’t silence me. If you do, I will grow into panic. I will haunt you in the quiet moments and build a fortress around your heart. I will call it safety.

Hold me. Breathe with me, and I will sharpen your senses. Because beneath all my trembling, I only have one wish: to keep you safe.

The Inside Matters

Fear's skin is the color of a midnight ocean - deep, dark, and mighty, full of hidden creatures. It can overwhelm, yet it also carries beauty, nourishment, and wonder.

Inside, three cloves bring warmth to cold fear. Their sharpness cuts through the fog, clearing a path for focus.

Fear is also filled with a core of bright yellow wool. The rays of sunshine pierce through the ocean, because beneath the darkness, there is light.

And at the center, five amethyst stones rest, cool and clear. They are here to soften the fear's grip and to ground the panic.

Fear carries the scent of a wild Tasmanian coast, where the forest meets the sea. It's the sharp focus of eucalyptus, the steadying presence of spruce, and a bright spark of lemon. The scent of being alert, grounded, and alive - all at once.

And yes, Fear has a cute bum. Because your scared parts cushion you during startling moments.
