Shipping

  • Always free

    Every Folk travels free of charge, no matter where they are headed.

  • How they travel

    Folk are sent by Deutsche Post. Delivery times depend on your location and Deutsche Post schedules.

  • Need it faster?

    If you’d like priority postage, please send us a message and we’ll see what’s possible.

Returns

  • 14 days to decide

    You have two weeks after your Folk arrives to change your mind.

  • Care matters

    If you return a Folk, please send it back in the same condition it arrived — soft, safe, and cared for.

  • Return costs

    You cover the cost of return postage. Once we receive your Folk back in good condition, we’ll refund your payment.


    To start a return:


    1. Email us at feelitfolk@gmail.com or via the contact form with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We’ll send you return instructions.

    3. As soon as the Folk makes it safely back to us and we’ve checked it, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


A few gentle notes

  • Custom or personalised Folk can’t be returned.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

  • None of this affects your rights under EU consumer law.
